摘 要:在H2SO4溶液中,Fe^3+与过量KI反应后生成I3ˉ阴离子,I3ˉ与罗丹明6G形成离子缔合物,并使罗丹明6G发生荧光猝灭,据此建立了测定Fe^3+的荧光猝灭分析方法。方法的线性范围为20~200μg/L,检出限为8.3μg/L,用于中草药中铁的测定。A fluorescence quenching method was developed for the determination of iron(Ⅲ ) with rhodamine 6G as a fluorescent reagent, Iron(Ⅲ) reacted with potassi.um iodide in dilute sulfuric acid solution to produce I3- anion which can react with rhodamine 6G to form a non-fluorescence compound to quench the fluorescence intensity of the system. The fluorescence intensity decreased linearly with the iron(Ⅲ ) concentration in the range of 20 to 200μg/L. The detection limit was 8.3 μg/L. It has been applied to the determination of iron(Ⅲ ) in the Chinese herbal medicine with satisfactory results.
