凯里市实施全民食盐加碘20年人群碘营养水平监测

摘　　要：[目的]准确掌握凯里市在国家碘缺乏干预─以食盐加碘为主的预防措施实施20年后,城乡居民的碘营养状况和对碘缺乏病知识的了解,有助于正确评价凯里市全民食盐加碘后碘缺乏病的防治效果,为下一步政府实施碘缺乏干预政策提供依据。[方法]在全市城乡随机抽(8～10岁)儿童918人,以及育龄妇女200人(含孕妇71人)进行户盐、尿碘、甲状腺监测和碘缺乏病知识问卷调查。[结果]凯里市的碘营养状况良好,碘盐、尿碘等生化指标正常,儿童甲肿率为4.24%,符合中华人民共和国国家碘缺乏病消除标准(GB16006-1995)。但凯里市碘缺乏病仍存在健康教育滞后,儿童及育龄妇女尿碘增高等问题。[结论]加强碘盐监督及健康教育工作,将是今后凯里市一项长期艰巨的任务。同时建议食盐生产部门酌情降低食盐加碘量,使我们在碘缺乏病防治策略上更科学,更合理。[Objective] TO accurately grasp iodine nutritional situation of the urban and rural residents in Kaili City and the acquaintance to iodine deficiency disease knowledge after the precautionary measure-adding iodine with salt putting into practice for 20 years, help to estimate iodine deficiency disease prevention and curative effects correctly, provide basis for the government on next policy of interfering iodine deficiency. [Methods] Randomly selected 918 children （8-10 years old）, and woman at reproductive age 200 people （contain pregnant woman 71 people） and carried out family salt, urine iodine, thyroid gland monitoring and investigated by questionnaires on iodine deficiency disease knowledge. [ Results ] People＇s iodine nutrition was fine in Kaili City. The biochemistry indexes of the salt with iodine and urine were normal. The rate of the children＇s thyroid gland swelling leading a disease was 4.24%, which accorded with the standard of removing iodine deficiency disease of PRC （GB16006-1995）. But still there were some problems such as health education of iodine deficiency disease was lagging, urine iodine of children and woman at reproductive age increased in Kaili City. [Conclusion] Reinforcing the supervision and health education of the salt with iodine will be one of long and arduous task in Kail City. At the same time, the suggestion is that the salt production units reduce the amounts of iodine according to the circumstances, which make it more scientific and rational in iodine deficiency disease prevention and treatment.
