非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病病人胃液体排空功能的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:胃轻瘫在胰岛素依赖型糖尿病十分常见,而对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病研究较少.方法:我们用朴热息痛吸收试验测定8例健康人和20例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者胃液体排空功能.结果:正常人口服500ml含1.5g扑热息痛和75g葡萄糖液体后,血清朴热热息痛高峰浓度时间平均为105±15分钟,而糖尿病患者为144±27.82分钟,表明后者胃液体排空延迟,结论:20例糖尿病患者有13例(65%)存在胃排空延迟.Aim:Patients with severe, long-term diabetes often suner from upper abdominal bloat-ing,discomfort and satiety.Diabetic gastroparesis is a well recognized complication of insulin-dependen diabetes(IDD). But there are only few repprts in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDD).Method:we used paracetamol absorption method to measure gastric liguid emptying in 8 healthy adults and 20 cases of NIDD. Results: The mean time of peak serum paracetamol levies after taking 500ml solution containing 1.5g paracetamol and 75g gluose was 105±15min in normal controls and 144 ± 27.82min in patients with NIDD. There was significant difference between the two group. Among these 20 patients, 13cases(65%)had delayed gastric liquid emptying.Conclusion: our work confirms that gas troparesis is common in NIDD patients as in IDD patients.
