摘　　要：距2008年第29届北京奥运会开幕还有1个多月，办好2008北京奥运会是中国人民的共同心愿，是中华民族的百年期盼。为保证北京奥运会（8月8-24日举行）、残奥会（9月6～17日举行）期间交通正常运行和空气质量良好，履行申奥承诺，北京市政府、公安部、交通运输部和环境保护部共同组织制定了《2008年北京奥运会残奥会期间北京市交通保障方案》，并于6月11日发布。Recently, Beijing municipal government and other ministries in concern jointly issued several temporary regulations on public transportations, indicating areas and roads which are limited, forbidden, free-passed, rerouted and reconstructed, etc., in downtown during Beijing 2008 Games. These regulations apply to all autom9obiles both for Beijing registered and those registered in other provinces which are coming into Beijing for a short period, so as to provide a clear road and clean air for Beijing 2008 Games and Disabled Olympic.
