摘  要:对光叶楮根繁殖技术进行了初步研究。结果表明,根段长度与根段直径对根萌苗的数量和质量有重要影响。综合根萌苗繁殖系数、生根率和月平均生长量3方面结果,认为长度为35 cm,直径1.5 cm的根段作为根繁材料最为适合。埋根方式以浅层平埋为宜。光叶楮根萌苗的发育可分为4个阶段,根萌芽形成期,萌苗生长期;母根上新生吸收根生长期;幼苗新根生长期。The reproductive technology of Broussonetia papyrifera root was studied preliminarily. The results showed that the length and diameter of root could greatly affect the quantity and quality of root sprout. By comprehensive analysis of the resuits of propagation coefficient, rhizogenesis rate and mean month yield,we suggested that the optimum length and diameter for the growth of root sprout was 35 cm and 1.5 cm, respectively. The optimum way to bury root was flat. The growth stage of Broussorvetia papyrifera root plant could be divided into 4 stages which were the formative stage of root sprout such as the growth stage of young plant, the growth stage of new absorbing root grew from the seed root, and the growth stage of new root for young plant.
