摘　　要：介绍了机组运行期间电除尘器电晕极振打瓷转轴断裂的原因和电场失效的判断方法,尝试在不停机状态下更换瓷转轴,在顶部传动和侧部传动两种电晕极振打方式上得到了成功应用,开创了在不停机状态下更换瓷转轴的先例,有很好的应用和推广前景。On the unit during operation ESP Corona very ceramic shaft vibration analysis of the reasons for the rupture, resulting in failure of the electric field judge, tried to keep the state machine to replace ceramic shaft,transmission and side in the top two of the Corona Drive a vibration mode was successfully applied, and created a state of constantly replacing ceramic shaft precedent, and ensured the efficient and stable operation of dust in the head-cycle operation and energy saving requirements of increasingly stringent emission reduction today, a very good application and promotion prospects.
