摘　　要：丁腈橡胶经过硫化剂硫化并使用补强填充剂及其它填加剂后,其定伸强度、弹性、刚度、抗拉强度、耐候性、耐老化性等一系列物理机械性能都会大大提高,详细论述了合理选用添加剂及其协调配合使用对丁腈橡胶结构和性能的影响,提高丁腈橡胶的综合性能,对实际生产和应用提供了有效的指导作用。In order to make the mechanical properties of NBR, such as intensity, elasticity and plasticity,meet its practical application, the intermolecular crosslinking degree of the rubber must be increased, which requires a vulcanization of the rubber to form mesh structure. To develop the processing performance of the rubber, improve the quality of rubber products and lower its costs, some other additives have to be added. The performance of NBR will be improved significantly after using fillers and other additives because of the structural changes, especially the physical and mechanical properties, such as the extensive strength, flexibility, stiffness, tensile strength, weatherability, anti-aging of rubber will be greatly enhanced. With the continuous development of rubber, the wide use of rubber products and the improvement of its production technology, the requirement of the quality, quantity and additives of the rubber is higher and higher. The paper discusses the influence of rationally selecting and coordinating on structure and properties of the NBR in detail and its effective guidance toward actual production, so as to improve the performance of NBR to meet the performance requirements.
