摘　　要：以国内甲基氯硅烷生产技术的发展历史为线索,围绕制约当前甲基氯硅烷生产技术发展的关键问题,介绍国内甲基氯硅烷生产技术发展取得的成就、当前现状、存在的问题以及发展趋势,并对提高甲基氯硅烷生产技术水平提出了意见和建议。In the paper, on the basis of development history of domestic methyl chlorosilane, the key problem of methyl chlorosilane manufacturing technology, the achievement, present situation, subsistent problem and developing trend were all introduced. Some ideas and proposals for improving methyl chlorosilane manufacturing technology were put forward at the same time.
