心肌缺血患者心率变异信号的现代谱分析法

摘　　要：采用自己研制的心电信号采集系统,将心电机的模拟信号放大滤波后,送入计算机中的采集卡中,采样频率设为1 kHz,连续采集5 min的心电信号并保存于硬盘中。利用C++编写了采集分析软件,用现代谱分析法和傅里叶(FFT)分析法,分析了19例正常人和7例心肌缺血患者心率变异信号的VLF/HF值。可以看出,心肌缺血患者和正常人的VLF/HF值有明显的差异。研究结果表明,谱分析法是分析心肌缺血患者自主神经异常的有效手段。Using ECG sampling system, the analog signals of electrocardiograph is magnified and filtered, send ing into the sampling card in computer. The sampling frequence is 1 kHz and the 5 minutes sampling signal is saved to hard disk. Using modern spectrum analysis method and FFT, the specific VLF/HF values of Heart Rate Varia bility （HRV） for 19 healthy people and 10 myocardial ischemia sufferers are analysed. It is found that there is significant difference of the specific VLF/HF values between the healthy perpon and myocardial ischemia sufferer. The result shows that the spectrum analysis method is an effective measure to analyze independence nerve abnormalities of myocardial ischemia sufferer.
