摘  要:针对油田生产过程中严重的腐蚀结垢问题,通过挂片法和电化学法对几种缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行评价;通过滴定法对阻垢剂的阻垢效果进行评价;并将性能优良的缓蚀剂与阻垢剂进行复配实验。This dissertation is aimed at studying the corrosion and scale problems in produced water systems of oilfields. An electro- chemical corrosion meter, CMB-4510A, is used to measure corrosion rate. The coupon method is also used, along with the electrochemical technique, to provide reliable corrosion rate estimation. The titration method has been performed to assess scale inhibitors, and the compatibility of corrosion and scale inhibitor has been studied. The results reveal that 956 and FHH-02 corrosion inhibitors have better effects, and the results demonstrate that 1320C and BHF-06 scale inhibitors have ideal effects. The compatibility of 1320C and FHH-02 is better, and the combination of 1320C and 956, FHH-02 has an ideal effect.
