摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方罗布麻片中槲皮素的含量测定标准。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）。流动相为乙腈-0．5％磷酸溶液（27：73），检测波长为371nm.流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素在0．9630～0．0803μg·mL^-1的范围内具有良好的线性关系。r=0．9998（n=7）。平均回收率为99．46％。结论本法操作简便，切实可行，获得了满意的测定结果。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of quercetin in Fufang Luobuma Tablets by HPLC. METHODS Kromasil C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used,and acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid（27 ： 73） was used as the mobile phase,detection wavelength was 371nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 ,and the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Quercetin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 9630～0. 0803μg · mL^-1 , r =0. 9998（ n =7） ,and the average recoveries of quercetin were 99.46%. CONCLUSION The method criterion was sample and accurate,and the results of determination were satisfactory.
