单侧肾切除术后不同时间的肾功能变化  

UNILATERAL NEPHRECTOMY PATIENTS' RENAL FUNCTION CHANGES AT DIFFERENT POST-OPERATIVE INTERVALS

摘　　要：测定52例单侧肾切除病人的血压、脱酐清除率、24h尿蛋白定量，观察术后不同时间上述指标的变化。52例中，男34例，女18例。年龄19～74岁，平均44．7岁。时间为术后1～15年，平均4．6年。肾肿瘤27例，肾结核12例，肾积水11例．肾外伤2例，结果显示术后不同时间组间血压和Ccr无显著差异，11～15年组尿蛋白定时显著大于1～5年组。说明单例肾切除术后留存肾代偿主要发生在术后早期，随着术后时间的延长，肾功能相对稳定，但尿蛋白逐渐增加，提示肾功能损害。Creatinine clearance rate (Ccr), blood pressurc, and 24h urine protein quantity were determined in 52 patients(34 male, 18 female) who had undergone unilateral nephrectomy operations. The patients were from 19 ~ 74 yearsold (mean=44. 7). and the interval from the operation to the present study was 1 ~15 years (mean = 4. 6). Twentyseven of the patients were treated for renal carcinoma, 12 patients for renal tuberculosis, 11. patients for hydronephrosis, and two patients for renal injury. There were no significant differences in blood pressure and Ccr indifferent interval groups, but the 24h urine protein quantity in the11 ~ 15 years group was higher than that in the1~5 years group. This indicates that remnant renal functions are reIatively stable after unilateral nephrectomy buturine protein quantity may increase with time.
