高频加压B超诊断急性阑尾炎的实用价值

摘　　要：116例急性阑尾炎患者．术前经高频B超加压检查，将其结果与手术及病理对照，结果发现高频B超检查的灵敏度为93．3％，特异性91．92％，假阳性率为7．07％，诊断准确度为93．02％，临床诊断的灵敏度是88．79％，特异度90．91％，假阳性率及准确度分别为9.07％及89．76％。两者并联应用时则灵敏度高达98．27％，准确度亦达92．09％。结果说明应用高频B超加压检查诊断急性阑尾炎要优于单纯的临床诊断，而二者并联应用时诊断阑尾炎的准确率将更高。因此，它在临床工作中有一定的实用价值。The practical value of high frequency frultmeund as a method with which to diagnose acute appendicitis hasbeen studied. Graded compnaion ultrasonography was performed on 116 patients. The results show that the sensitivity of graded compression ultrasonography was 93. 0%. The false positive rate and accuracy of the method were7. 07 % and 93. 02 %, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate, and accuracy of the average diagnostic methods were 88. 79 %, 90. 91 %, 9. 07 %, and 89. 76 %, respectively. When the two metheds were combined, the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy were 98. 27 % and 92. 09 %, respectively. These results suggest thathigh frequency graded compression ultrasonography is a useful method for diagnosing appendicitis and can improvethe outcome in cases of acute appendicitis.
