普鲁卡因对兔急性胰腺炎病理转归的影响

摘　　要：该研究通过普鲁卡因对兔急性胰腺炎模型的治疗，测定了血浆肿瘤坏死因子α和血清淀粉酶的变化，并观察了胰腺组织学的改变。结果发现：普鲁卡因可使兔急性胰腺炎模型血浆肿瘤坏死因子α和血清淀粉酶降低，并可减少急性坏死性胰腺炎的发生。作者认为：普鲁卡因可用于急性胰腺炎和急性坏死性胰腺炎的辅助治疗。In this study, the authors havc trcatcd rabbit acute pancreatitis models with procaine injection in order to observe the changes in pathology. Plasma TNF －α and serum amylasc levels were measured, and the histologicalchanges in thc panereas were observed. The results show that procaine injeetions can decrease plasma TNF －α andserum amylase levels in rabbit acute pancrealitis, and can decrease the possibility of acute necrotizing panereatitis.
