摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的发动机冷却润滑系统及其主要零部件综合试验台架系统。该试验系统不仅可以对发动机冷却润滑系统的主要部件水泵、机油泵和机油冷却器等进行完整试验,还可以对冷却润滑系统的流量分配和流阻特性进行静态试验验证和研究,而且具有和发动机匹配连接的功能以及在发动机工作过程中对其冷却润滑系统性能进行试验研究和匹配的能力。其先进的综合控制测试系统可以对试验过程中的参数进行控制并对数据进行自动采集、显示、拟合和存储。In the paper, a new type engine integrated test bed about cooling-and lubricating system and its main part and-assembly are introduced. By this test and measure system, main components of engine cooling and lubricating system such aswa ter pump assembly, oil pump assembly and oil cooler can be tested fully, as well as flow distribution and flow resistance characteristic of cooling and-lubricating system can be tested, verified and researched statically. By the way, this test bed may be connected to engine and the performance of engie cooling and-lubricating system can be measured and analyzed in the process of engine test. The parameter of test process may be controlled by the advanced integrated control and measurement system and in the meantime some functions such as automatic collecting, displaying, drawing and saving database can be realized by using this test equipment.
