摘　　要：在概览我军装备合同违约处理存在问题的基础上,分析了美军装备合同违约处理的法律建设、机构设置、处理途径和责任承担方式等方面的做法和经验,提出了完善违约处理法规、设立仲裁和诉讼等救济渠道和救济机构、严格落实费用补偿制度等建议。On the basis of introducing the question in dealing with breach of equipment contract at our army, the paper analyses the procedure and experience of America in legal construction, establishment of the organization, approaches, and methods of responsibility of dealing with breach of equipment contract, proposes the suggestion in perfecting the law of dealing with breach of equipment contract, providing the channels of arbitrating and litigating, and realizing system of compensation expense strictly.
