摘 要:为了在城市小区规划、管理和房地产产品演示等方面以立体造型技术向用户展示地理空间现象,采用三维空间数据建模与可视化管理的方法,研究了三维可视化在数字小区中的设计与应用。结果表明:建立三维GIS模型代替传统的平面图纸、立体效果图,可以从空间的角度分析和显示物体,从而帮助人们更加准确真实地认识感受客观世界,并实现灵活的交互式操作。该成果对三维空间数据模型和数据结构、三维空间数据管理与空间数据分析以及可视化表达有一定的参考意义。For showing geographical space phenomenon to the users with the three-dimensional modeling technology in the aspects of the urban area programming, management and real estate product demonstration, with the method of 3D spatial data modeling and visualization of management the design and application of the three-dimensional visualization in the digital community is studied. The results show that the establishment of 3D GIS models instead of the traditional plane drawings and three-dimensional effect plot, from the point of space analysis and object display can help people understand more accurately the real feelings of the objective world, and to achieve a flexible interactive operation. The results may have some reference value in the three-dimensional spatial data model and data structure, three-dimensional spatial data management and spatial data analysis and visualization of expression.
