摘　　要：为达到建筑节能的目的,在节能原理分析的基础上,讨论了从设计、施工、建材选用、直到建筑物使用全过程中节能措施,通过运用控制参数指标,制订政策,强化管理,注重实效等有效手段,结果表明:该些措施的应用可以实现科学、合理、高效地利用能源。In order to achieve the goal of construction energy conservation, based on the energy conservation analysis, the paper discusses the energy conservation measure from the design, the construction, the building materials selected to application of building. Takes effective measures of controlling parameter, making out policy, strengthening management and pay great attention the actual effect and so on .The results show that these measures may realize scientific, reasonable and high-efficient utilization of energy resources.
