摘  要:为了对设备实施工况监测和故障诊断,设计了一种基于磁弹性效应的的非接触式应力传感器。论述了这种传感器的结构与工作原理,并导出了其感应电压输出方程。通过试验,分析了传感器励磁电流强度、频率以及测试磁隙等对其输出特性的影响。实测结果表明,这种传感器所能达到的测试精度和灵敏度能够满足一般工程应用要求。In order to monitor the construction state make the trouble-diagnosis of the mechanical equipment, a kind of the non-contact force sensor with three magnetic pole based on magnetoelastic effect is designed and its operation principle, the equation of induced voltage output are also derived in this paper. The output characteristic of the sensor affected by field current intensity, frequency, and the gap between the probe of the sensor and the surface of the material tested is analyzed by tests. The results of the test show that the measuring precision and sensitivity of the sensor can meet the demands of the general practical application.
