摘　　要：研究了量子遗传算法(QGA)的发展现状,运用量子遗传算法来解决物流管理系统中的成本问题,在应用程序中进行资源控制,设计了安全认证模式,并以每个人的身份进行系统权限的分配,进行了与企业运营成本有关的优化,包括装配车优化等。对开发的应用系统进行了具体的性能和实现技术方面的分析。该系统已在某物流公司应用至今,取得了较好效果。The development of Quantum Genetic Algorithm （QGA） was researched. The QGA was used to resolve the cost problem in the freight transportation management system. The resources control was carried on in applied procedure, the safe attestation mode was designed, the system was assigned by everybody＇s idevoting. The optimizations related to enterprise business cost, for example, the optimization of assemble car, were carried out. Finally the concrete functions and realization techniques were analyzed. The Logistics Information System （LIS） has been applied in a transportation company and gets good effect.
