摘  要:采用荧光定量PCR技术检测了填饲和未填饲朗德鹅(landes anser)肝脏、腹脂、皮下脂肪组织和肌肉肝X受体α(LXRα)mRNA的表达水平,并与谷丙转氨酶等6种血清生化指标进行了相关性分析。结果发现,填饲组肝脏和腹脂组织LXRαmRNA表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),高肝组皮下脂肪组织LXRαmRNA表达水平显著高于对照组和低肝组(P<0.05);肝脏组织LXRαmRNA表达水平与肝重/体重比呈显著正相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.58,皮下脂肪组织LXRαmRNA表达水平与肝重/体重比呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数为0.77;肝脏LXRαmRNA表达水平与血清中甘油三酯和胆碱脂酶含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别是0.66和0.70。LXRα mRNA levels of liver, subcutaneous fat, abdominal adipose and muscle in the Landes geese of forced feed and normal group were determined and the relativities between the LXRα transcription levels and alanine amiotransferase (ALT) etc six serum parameters were analyzed. The results showed that compared to control, forced feed group had elevated LXRα mRNA level in the liver and abdominal adipose( P 〈 0.05 ). In the subcutaneous fat, the expression of LXRα mRNA was mostly significantly higher in higher L/W (liver/body weight) than that of control (P 〈 0.01 ) and lower L/W( P 〈 0.05 ). At the same time, the expression of LXRα mRNA in the liver and subcutaneous fat had positive relation with L/W, respectively. The correlation coefficients between the expression of LXRα mRNA in liver and triglyceride and cholinesterase were 0.66, 0.70(P 〈 0.05), respectively.
