摘  要:利用微弧氧化方法在6061铝合金上制备陶瓷膜。采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了氧化膜的截面组织、成分和相结构,并用划痕法和热震试验评价了膜层与铝基体结合状况。结果表明微弧氧化膜由致密层和疏松层组成,氧化膜主要相组成为-γAl2O3、-αAl2O3和SiO2非晶相。划痕压力为55N时50μm膜层开始被破坏。热震试验结果表明,50μm膜层样品经过500℃→水淬50次循环后无变化。膜层越薄,抗热震性能越好,膜层表面抛光有利于提高微弧氧化膜的热震性能。The ceramic oxide films were prepared on 6061 aluminium ahoy by microarc oxidation. The microstructure, composition and phase constituent of the films were investigated by SEM and XRD. Scratch and thermal shock tests were carried out to evaluate the adhesion between the film and substrate. The results show that the films consist two layers, a dense layer and a loose layer. The film is mainly composed of γ-Al2O3, a-Al2 O3 and amorphous SiO2 phases. Scratch test shows that the critical load of the 50 μm film is about 55 N. Thermal shock tests reveal there is no obvious change for a coated sample of 50 μm thickness film subjected to the thermal shock test for 50 times from 500℃→quenching in water. The thinner the film thickness, the better the thermal shock resistance of coated sample. Moreover, the polishing treatment of coated sample is beneficial for improving its thermal shock resistance.
