摘 要:利用强流脉冲电子束对SKD11模具钢进行辐照处理。通过金相显微镜、三维轮廓形貌仪对处理样品表面进行形貌观察,发现处理表面有熔坑现象产生,熔坑面密度及处理面粗糙度随脉冲处理次数的增加而减少。对于初始少量脉冲处理时,样品表层显微硬度较原始样品低,且随处理次数增加而降低,但在高电压和更多脉冲处理时,显微硬度值有所回升。处理样品的截面显微硬度呈特殊的振荡式分布。摩擦磨损性能测试表明,在低电压(19.8kV)处理情况下,耐磨损性能得到改善,脉冲次数为8次时处理样品的耐磨性达到最佳。Surface modification of SKD11 steel was carried out with high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) irradiation. Surface morphology was detected by using metallographic microscope and 3D profilometer. It is found that after the irradiation of HCPEB, crater-like defects scatter on the modified surface. The area density of craters and the roughness of surface decrease with the increasing number of HCPEB pulses. Surface microhardness of the treated samples decreases with increase of number of pulse firstly and then increases slowly with higher accelerating voltage and more pulses. The cross-section microhardness of treated samples exhibits an uneven distribution. When treated by a higher accelerating voltage, the wear resistance of modified SKDllsteel sample is improved. Wear resistance of the sample is obviously enhanced after 8 pulses treatment.
