Ultrapulse及Superpulse CO_2激光治疗腋臭的临床观察和方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:本文介绍采用Ultrapulse超脉冲CO2激光及国产Superpulse CO2激光治疗腋臭,观察疗效,并探讨新的治疗方法。方法:采用Ultrapulse超脉冲CO2激光治疗310例患者,国产Superpulse CO2激光治疗82例患者,判断疗效。结果:Ul-trapulse超脉冲CO2激光治疗的310例患者经一次治疗后显效率达66.77%。34例患者二次治疗后总有效率达100%。国产Superpulse CO2激光治疗的82例患者一次治疗后总有效率达97.56%。结论:采用Ultrapulse超脉冲CO2激光及国产Super-pulse CO2激光治疗腋臭,有效率高、副作用小。两型脉冲激光在疗效上无明显差别。与传统的连续式CO2激光治疗腋臭相比,有效率差别不大,但是创面愈合加快,术后感染及遗留瘢痕等副作用明显减少。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Ultrapulse CO2 laser and Superpulse COz laser on treating axillary bromhidrosis. Methods： 310 patients were treated with Ultrapulse CO2 laser and 82 patients were treated with Superpulse CO2 laser. The results were evaluated. Results： After the first treatment, 277 patients （66.77%） showed excellent results. 34 patients were treated twice. The total effective rate reached to 100%. 80 patients （97.56%） showed excellent results only after one treatment with Superpulse CO2 laser. Conclusion： Both Ultrapulse CO2 laser and Superpulse CO2 laser are safe and effective ways in treating axillary bromhidrosis with few complications, and are worth of clinical popularization. There is no significant difference between these two ways.
