摘　　要：颅脑损伤是医学界面临的难题和研究热点之一。颅脑损伤动物模型的制备对颅脑损伤相关基础研究具有重要意义。笔者就目前国内外常用的颅脑损伤动物模型的制备及评价的方法作一综述。Brain injury is one of the most difficult problems as well as the hot topics in medical researches at present. The establishment of animal models of brain injury is of great importance to fundamental researches in this field. The author now gives a general review on the latest experimental processes of establishing animal models of brain injury and the methods of evaluation after brain injury both at home and abroad.
