摘  要:目的讨论在自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)上遥控测压技术的应用。测定遥控测压探头在不同温度下零点漂移值和压力敏感度的变化情况,并确定 SHR 植入探头术后恢复时间。方法一年期间,测定了探头在25℃和37℃时零点漂移值和压力敏感度。SHR 及其正常对照 Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠在探头植入腹主动脉后第7天和第14天记录22:00血流动力学和活动度指标。结果在两个不同温度下,开始时,测压探头的零点漂移值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而压力敏感度之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一年后,测压探头的零点漂移值之间、压力敏感度之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一年中,随着使用时间和次数增加,测压探头的零点漂移值向负值发展[(从(-8.0±1.3)mmHg 到(-14.8±1.6)mmHg,P<0.05],压力敏感度变化不大[从(2.4±0.3)%到(1.8±0.2)%]。WKY、SHR 的活动度和昼夜活动度差值在第14天与第7天之间差异无统计学意义,但收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压在第14天的测量值高于第7天(P<0.05);SHR 的收缩压波动性、舒张压波动性、昼夜心率差值在第14天的测量值高于第7天(P<0.05),而 WKY 的这些指标在第14天与第7天之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为了获得准确可靠的 SHR 血压数据,需要对遥控测压探头进行定标,而且应该在接近生理温度的37℃下进行定标。SHR 在术后第14天时恢复得更好,在此时测量血流动力学比较合适。Objective To detect the changes in offset and scale of telemetric blood pressure transmitters under different temperatures, and to assess the recovery time after the transmitter implantation in spontaneously hyperten-sive rats (SHR) for better application of telemetric blood pressure in SHR. Methods The offsets and scales of the transmitters were determined at 25℃ and 37℃during the study time of one year. Blood pressure was continuously recorded for 22 hours at the 7th and 14th day after intraperitoneal abdominal aorta implantation of the transmitters in SHR and Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY). Results At the beginning of the study, only the scales of the transmitters were different(P〈0.05), but after 1 year, both the scales and the offsets of the transmitters were different(P〈0.05)under two different temperatures. The offsets of the transmitters tended to more negative in a year (from--8.0±1.3 mmHg to -14.8±1.6 mmHg,P〈0.05), while the scales of the transmitters maintained at almost the same levels (from 2.4%±0.3%to 1.8%±0.2%). Comparing the data measured at the 7th and 14th day following surgery, locomotor activity and its circadian difference were not different in both WKY and SHR. However, the levels of systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressure were higher at the 14th than the 7th day(P〈0.05). In SHR, systolic and diastolic blood pressure variability and circadian difference in heart rate were larger at the 14th than 7th day(P〈0.05) , whereas these parameters in WKY were not different at the 14th and 7th day. Conclusion The calibration should be taken under 37℃ which is closer to body physiological temperature. For SHR, recovery from surgery is better at the 14th than the 7th day, indicating the 14th day after surgery is more appropriate for he-modynamic measurement.
