摘　　要：上海朵云轩是一个有着百余年历史的国企．由文化研究传播单位上海书画出版社和商业经营实体朵云轩系列公司组成，从事出版与文物经营。百年来整理出版了大量艺术文献．还为国家捐献了大量珍贵文物。朵云轩拍卖公司仅作为它的一个分支．在中国南方为广大藏家提供一个公平公正的艺术品交换平台。尽管朵云轩中国书画及文玩杂项专场拍卖一直以来在海内外享有盛誉．但当代艺术专场于2005年才重新开发。Shanghai Duo Yun Xuan is a state-owned company with a tong history, which is composed by Shanghai Fine Arts Publishers and Duo Yun Xuan Company, engaging in publishment and antique management. For hundreds of years, it has arranged a lot of art documents and contributed a lot of treasures to the nation. As one of its branches, Duo Yuan Xuan Auction Company provides a fair and justice arrworks exchanging platform in Southern China for the collectors.
