摘　　要：近年来,全球反生物恐怖形势仍然严峻。疫苗对于生物恐怖袭击的防护具有重要意义。本文重点介绍灭活和减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、病毒载体疫苗、多肽疫苗、核酸疫苗、转基因植物疫苗等6类疫苗的研究概况与进展,并对各种疫苗的优缺点、存在的问题及应用前景等进行论述。Global bioterrorism has become serious in recent years. Vaccines for the prevention against bioterrorism are very important. This article focuses on live attenuated and inactivated vaccines, subunit vaccines, virus vector vaccines, peptide vaccines, DNA vaccines and transgenic plant vaccines. The advantages and disadvantages of these vaccines and the prospects are also discussed.
