摘　　要：目的:观察灵芪胶囊对小鼠体内肉瘤S180生长的影响及荷瘸鼠肉瘤组织学变化,分析其抗肿瘤的作用机理,进一步完善其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:设立正常对照组,肿瘤模型组,灵芪胶囊组和阳性对照组。用小鼠肉瘤S180细胞株建立功物肿瘤模型,灌胃给予S180小鼠灵芪胶囊后,光镜观察肉瘸组织的形态学变化。结果:小鼠肉瘸组织中肉瘤细胞发生不同程度的变性和坏死以及中性拉细胞,淋巴细胞为主的炎细胞浸润变性和坏死。灵芪胶囊可促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡及坏死,并引发相应的炎细胞反应。结论:灵芪胶囊有抑制S180细胞体内生长的作用。Objective： To investingate antineoplastic effect of Lingqi Capsules on routine sarcoma S180 ancl observe pathologic changes and they have an important influence on secreting cytokine. Further explore the mechanism of action. Methods： In these experiment, neoplasmMdel were established with S180 cell line. There were four experiment groups designed： normal control group, neoplasm Model group Lingqi Capsule group and positive control group.Results：The results that Lingqi Capsule could limit the growth of S180 transplanted neoplasm in vivo, The result under microscope that Lingqi Capsule can cause some pathologic change in tumor ceils such as denaturation, necrosis. Conclusion： Lingqi Capsule has the antineoplastice ffect on S180 transplanted Neoplasm in vivo arid Lingqi Capsule has promoting influences on the proliferation of lymphoid tissue or lymphcyte .
