超声多普勒在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声多普勒在肾脏疾病诊断中的应用。材料和方法：用彩色Ｄｏｐｐｌｅｒ超声仪测定１４３例健康成人和７３例原发及继发肾脏病患者双肾血流量。结果：肾病综合征组与对照组相比，双肾血流量明显增加，差异极显著；肾炎综合征组与对照组相比，差异不显著；各类肾功能不全组与对照组相比，差异极显著；伴有肾性高血压组与无高血压组双肾血流量无明显差异。Purpose: The Application Doppler Ultrasonography in Kidney Disease. Materials and Methods: Blood flow in bikidney was measured in 73 patients with essential and 143 subsequent kindney disease (test group) and healthy adults (control group) respectively using colour doppler ultrasonography. Result: Compared with the control group bikidney blood flow showed an obvious rise with significant difference for the nephrotis syndrome group; no significant difference for the nephritis syndrome group; a remarkable difference for renal insufficiency group. Bikidney blood flow has no significant difference for renal hypertension and nonhypertension group. Conclusion: It has relation between the change of bikidney blood flow and the function of kidney.
