摘　　要：作为人类提高社会福利的重要手段,贸易和环境之间并不存在根本性冲突,人类没有必要作出非此即彼的选择,相反,贸易全球化与环境全球化的融合发展是人类文明发展的必然趋势。As an important means of improving social welfare, there is no fundamental conflict be tween trade and environment. It is unnecessary for human beings to make the either-or choice, on the contrary, the integrated development between the globalization in trade and the globalization in environment is the inexorable trend of human development of civilization.
