摘　　要：我国地理标志保护是涉及"三农"问题的一项特殊知识产权,关系到农民的切身利益。目前我国大多数公民还不懂得通过地理标志保护来维护属于自己的权益,开展农产品地理标志保护知识与理念的教育是我国政府实施农业知识产权保护的重要工作。呼吁各省市级政府加强对农产品地理标志保护的支持力度,从实施地理标志保护的农产品的产量规模、品质特征和市场监管入手,在国际市场上为国家利益争取本应具有的竞争优势。China is involved in the protection of geographical indications of a special three agricultural issues of intellectual property rights, related to the vital interests of farmers. At present the majority of our citizens do not know how to protect their own interests by geographical indications. For the protection of agricultural geographical signs knowledge and education is an important work in China＇s agricultural protection of intellectual property. The article calls on provincial and municipal govern- ments to strengthen the protection of geographical indications for agricultural products. They should strive for the interests of the competitive advantage on the international market for the country from the production scale, quality characteristics and market regulations of agricultural products.
