摘 要:制备的高发射率Keggin结构稀土多金属氧酸盐ZnPOM:Er,Yb荧光体在室温下具有Er3+离子特征发射,其室温上转换光谱特性主发射有红光和绿光两部分,其中位于527 nm的绿光较强,远大于658 nm的红光发射。共掺样品中Yb是有效的敏化剂,在976 nm激光抽运下Er3+离子上转换发光强度增大。对上转换光谱分析表明,强烈的绿光激发是基于三光子的吸收过程。Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped Keggin-type polyoxometalates with high luminescence ability were synthesized. In the luminescence spectra of the sample there exist sharp Erbium characteristic emissions at room temperature, and in the up-conversion emission spectra of Er^3+ ions the intensity of the green light emission at 527 nm is much stronger than that of the red emission at 658 nm Yb^3+ , which is a highly effective sensitive agent, intensified Er3+ visible up-conversion luminescence under the condition of pumping at 976 nm laser. According to the analysis of up-conversion emission, a three-photon up-conversion process is assigned to the intense green light emission.
