摘 要:目的探讨神经节苷脂早期干预早产儿效果。方法早产儿60例,干预组和对照组各30例,二组均常规治疗和康复训练,干预组则在此基础上出生后1周始、2月龄、3月龄应用神经节苷脂20mg/d,静注,10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程,并对二组6月龄、12月龄追踪发育情况,以盖塞尔量表评价。结果干预组出生后6月龄、12月龄平均发育商均高于对照组。6月龄二组在适应性、大运动、精细动作和社交行为上比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);12月龄二组各能区差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂静滴可以提高早产儿早期干预的效果。Objective To investigate the ganglioside GM - 1 effect of early intervention on premature infants. Methods 60 premature infants were divided into intervention group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Conventional treatment and rehabilitation training were performed in both groups. Apart from this, 20mg/(kg · d) of GM- 1 was intravenous drip to cases in the intervention group in the first week, the Second month and the third month. 10 days per course of treatment for 3 courses. Developmental conditions of the two groups were followed up and evaluated by Sale Scale. Results The mean developmental value in intervention group was signi[icantly higher that in controls, the adaptability, magnum movement, fine activities and social intercourse were significant between the two groups (P〈0. 05). Of which, there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion GM- 1 intravenous drip to participate in premature infants can be early intervention for infants nervous system development.
