间质内激光凝固治疗前列腺增生症(附80例报告)

摘　　要：在体外间质内激光凝固（ILC）试验的基础上，用ILC治疗前列腺增生症（PH）80例，其中对侧叶增生者，分例行二点或三点式插入凝固；对侧叶突出致尿道偏曲者，突出部分加用90°侧射；对中叶突出膀航者加用接触式激光切割；对前列腺过大而难以排除肿瘤者，可先电切减量取标本再激光治疗。并简要讨论了不同激光治疗方式的选择及操作体会，认为本方法手术出血少，术野清晰，手术时间短，安全性能高，疗效满意。80 cases of patients with prostate hyperplasia (PH) were treated with interstitial laser coagulation (ILC)- Of which it was applied 2 or 3 poits ILC to patients with lateral hyperplasia,adding laser 90 lateral radiation to those with urithra flexion resulting from lateral lobe protrusion,and employing contact laser incision to those with middle lobe protrusion into bladder. Authors did electric insision and took samples to those with macroprostate and hard-evacuated tumor tubercula before laser treatment of reduce the volume. The appliance of varions laser treatment methods was briefly discussed. It was believed that such treatment could be safety,less bleeding,short operation time,clear field of view,and satisfactory effect.
