摘　　要：通过对玉环电厂新建工程灰堤在施工过程中产生滑移现象.结合相关工程的实际情况,综合分析目前在围堤施工过程中经常遇到的滑移问题,对施工过程存在的一些侥幸、盲目性、不科学性进行认真总结,吸取教训,对采取处理方案后产生的效果给予肯定,也为以后在围堤施工中发生类似问题提供参考经验.Based on the comprehensive analysis of slip happened during the construction of ash embankment in the Yuhuan Power Plant, the paper summarizes some reasons, such as operating with fluke mind and blindness during the construction, and confirms the effect of taken later, which provides the experiences for the similar problems in the reclamation construction.
