摘  要:①目的对植酸的测定方法进行筛选。②方法用硝酸钍滴定法、测铁分光光度法、测磷分光光度法及高压液相色谱法对不同样品植酸含量进行测定。③结果不同植酸标准品实测含量与标签含量的差异程度不同,其中美国Aldrich植酸的差值最小。用4种不同方法测定同种样品结果的差异呈高度显著性(F=126.44~408.31,P均<0.001),其中硝酸钍滴定法测定结果偏高(q=22.23~41.49,P均<0.001)。④结论若没有植酸标准品,应选用测磷分光光度法和硝酸钍滴定法;若有可靠准确的植酸标准品,则选用测铁分光光度法和高压液相色谱法。Objective To establish new methods of determining phytic acid. Methods The samples of phytic acid were determined with thorium nitrate titration, ferric spectrophotometry, phosphorus spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography respectively. Results The detected value of phytic acid in standard samples were different from the labeled va lue. This difference in Aldrich phytic acid was the least among all the standard samples. There were significant difference in the four different testing methods.( F=126.44 ̄408.31, P <0.001). The result of thorium nitrate titration was greater than that of other methods( q=22.23 ̄41.49, P <0.001). Conclusion If there is a reliable standard sample of phytic acid , ferric spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography should be used for determining phytic acid, otherwise thorium nitrate titration and phosphorous spectrophotometry should be used.
