摘  要:针对再生式液体发射药火炮(RLPG)内弹道过程中非稳态喷雾燃烧流动问题,建立了数学模型,给出了具体的计算方法。由于燃烧室的不规则性,为便于采用有限差分法离散控制方程,采用贴体坐标系统,将燃烧室变换成计算空间内矩形区域。在计算空间内对非稳态控制方程进行离散,采用MacCormack预估校正二步差分格式求解。RLPG存在两个运动边界,推导了活塞和弹底动边界的差分格式,保证边界上物理量的守恒性。计算结果与试验值吻合较好,表明建立的模型与计算方法是可行的。Aimed at nonsteady spray combustion flow problems of regenerative liquid propellant gun (RLPG) in process of interior ballistic, mathematical model was established, and numerical method was derived. Because of irregularity of combustion chamber, in order to use discrete control equations of finite difference method, the combustion chamber was transformed into the rectangular field in computational space by means of boundary-fitted coordinate system. The nonsteady control equations were scattered in computational space and solved by use of MacCormack two steps difference format of predicted-correction method. In RLPG there existed two movement boundaries, and the difference format of piston and projectile base moving boundary was deduced to ensure physical conservation at these boundaries. The computation and simulation results are consistent with the data obtained from experiments, this showed that the established model and the numerical method are feasible and efficient.
