摘  要:对垃圾焚烧飞灰在高温箱式电阻炉中进行烧结实验,考察烧结温度、时间及成型压力对烧结体理化性质(抗压强度、烧失量、体积变化率、密度变化率)的影响。结果表明,烧结温度在1080~1100℃范围时,烧结温度、时间、成型压力对烧结体各种理化性质的影响各不相同。烧结试体的抗压强度、烧失率、体积变化率和密度变化率随烧结温度的增加而明显增大,且随烧结时间的增加而增大;抗压强度和密度变化率随成型压力的增大而增大,烧失率和体积变化率却随成型压力的增大而减小。This paper is aimed at reporting our testing and investigation of the effect of experimental condition on sintering characteristics of MSWI fly ash. For our research purpose, we have first of all studied the characteristic features of MSWI fly ash through high-temperature experiments. Since MSWI fly ash is categorized into hazardous waste materials for its containing highly concentrated toxic polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and some other different heavy metals with high leaching potential, thermal process of MSWI fly ash has become an important research field. Our way of treatment is done on columniform specimens and at different operating conditions, including sintering temperature, that is, 1 080 ℃ , 1 085 ℃ , 1 090 ℃ and 1 100 ℃, in a residence time of 2.0 h, 2.5 h, 3.0 h to 4.0 h, at the molding pressure of 6 kN, 8 kN and 10 kN. On the basis of our experiments, we have also made a detailed discussion on the characteristic properties of sintered products, including compression strength, ignition loss ratio, density fluctuations ratio and volume change ratio. The results of our research show that at the sintering temperature between 1 080 - 1 100 ℃, the sintering temperature, residence time and molding pressure may influence the physical and chemical properties of the sintered products quite differently. In the above situations, all the compression strength, ignition loss ratio, density fluctuations ratio and volume change ratio of the sintered products tend to increase with the rising of the sintering temperature. For example, when the molding pressure is 6 kN and the residence time is 3 h, with the sintering temperature increasing from 1 080 ℃ to 1 100 ℃ , and the compression strength of the sintered product would increase from 255.5 N/cm^2 to 371.0 N/cm^2. In addition, the compression strength and the density fluctuation ratio in turn increase with the increase of molding pressure from 6 kN to 10 kN.
