摘  要:①目的观察酸枣仁合剂(SZSL)对隔离大鼠学习记忆的影响,并探讨其作用机制。②方法采用行为和组化相结合的方法,观察SZSL对隔离大鼠分辨学习(DL)和条件性回避反应(CAR)的影响,并用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定SZSL对大鼠血浆、海马和下丘脑内β-内啡肽(β-END)含量的影响。③结果给药组大鼠的DL和CAR正确率均明显高于对照组(t=3.51,7.02,P<0.005,0.001),而给药组与自然对照组比较,DL,CAR正确率差异无显著性(t=0,0.44,P均>0.05)。给药组大鼠血浆、海马和下丘脑内β-END的含量均明显高于对照组(t=3.05~5.58,P<0.01),而与自然对照组比较差异无显著性(t=0.09~0.63,P>0.05)。④结论SZSL有加强隔离大鼠记忆保持作用,此作用可能与该合剂消除大鼠焦虑及对抗血浆和脑内β-END含量减少有关。Objective To study the effects of Semen Zizyhyi Spinosae Liquor(SZSL) on learning and memory in isolated rats. Methods The effects of SZSL on discrimination learning(DL) and conditional avoidance response(CAR) in the isolated rats were studied by ways of behavioral patterns. Radioimmunohistochemical method was used to measure the β endorphin(β END) concentration from plasma, hypothalamus and hippocampus and the data was analyzed by t test. Results The correct rate of DL and CAR in SZSL treated group was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the trained control group( t=3.51,7.02,P<0.05,0.001) respectively, while these difference were not significant between the SZSL treated group and the natural control group( t=0,0.44,P >0.05). β END concentrations of plasma, hypothalamus and hippocampus in SZSL treated group were much higher than that in the trained control group( t=3.05 ̄5.58,P <0.01), but showed no significant difference compared with the natural control group( t=0.09 ̄0.63,P >0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that SZSL has enhancing effect on learning and memory in the isolated rats by ways of resisting the decrement of β END concentration in plasma, hypothalamus and hippocampus and releasing anxiety.
