摘 要:为了解决温米油田中低渗油层压裂改造后,支撑剂回流及生产压差过大造成的地层出砂,减少出砂造成油井机械故障或冲砂作业,研究采用了纤维复合体及涂敷砂复合压裂防砂技术。该技术主要通过优化压裂施工参数,在压裂携砂液后期加入合理纤维及涂敷砂,进行地层深部防砂。现场应用结果表明,该技术适应性强,与井筒防砂技术相比,更适合出砂严重的井,尤其是对细粉砂的防治有明显的效果。In order to prevent formation sand production caused by proppant's back flow after fracturing reconstruction and over high production pressure differential in middle and low permeability oil reservoir in Wenmi oilfield, e- liminate mechanical failure of oil wells caused by sand production and sand washing, the technology of using fther composite and coated sand fracturing to prevent sand problem is studied. The technology can further prevent forma- tion from sand production mainly through optimization of fracturing operation parameters and adding rational fiber and coated sand at the late stage of carrying fluid. The field application shows the technology is better adaptability, and compared with wellbore sand control technology, is more suitable for the wells with serious sand problem, especially for fine silt control.
