摘 要:利用固相微萃取SPME/GC-MS技术分析了柠檬草的挥发气体成分。结果表明:柠檬草中共鉴定出25种主要挥发性化合物,以碳氢化合物和醛类物为主,包括β-月桂稀(34.34%)、石竹烯(0.493%)、莰烯(0.646%)、D-柠檬烯(0.126%)、1R-α-蒎烯(0.73%)、柠檬醛(26.5%)、3,7二甲基-2,6-辛二稀醛(26.63%)等。经过精制的柠檬草精油含有酮和烃类化合物,主要有:2-十一酮(0.606%)、2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙基)环己酮(1.83%)、(1S)-6,6-二甲基-二乙基二环-[3,1,1]-庚烷,(0.34%)、1,4-双亚甲基-环已烷,(0.176%),β-丙基-环已基(0.1667%)。The aroma constituents of Cymbopogon citratus were determined by solid phase microextraction (SPME/GC-MS) for the first time. The result showed that 25 total aroma constituents were detected in Cymbopogon citrates, most of which belong to hydrocarbon and aldehydes, including those common aroma constituents in Cymbopogon citratus, such as β-Phellandrene(34.34%), Caryophyllene(0.493%), Camphene (0.464%), D-Limonene(0.126%), IR-alpha-Pinene(0.73%), citral-a(26.5%), 3, 7-dimethyl-2, and 6-Octadien-al (26.63%). The results also indicated that the volatiles of Cymbopogon citratus mainly consisted of Ketones and hydrocarbons compounds after refinement; and the content of 2-Undecanone(0.606%), 5-methyl-2- (1-methy lethenyl)-Cyclohexanone(1.83%), (IS)-6, 6-dimethyl-2-methylene-Bicyclo[3.1.1]-heptane (0.34%), 1,4-bis (methyllene)-Cyclohexane(0.176%), 3-propyl-Cyclohexene(0.1667%) were relatively higher than other aroma constituents in Cymbopogon citratus.
