摘  要:采用一种新的胶乳分散体制备技术——“转相-溶媒蒸发法”制备了乙基纤维素胶乳分散体。选择茶碱为模型药物,以乙基纤维素胶乳分散体为包衣液,制备缓释微丸。体外释放度试验结果表明该胶乳分散体可用于缓释制剂的包衣。通过电镜扫描,显示出水性胶乳分散体在成膜过程中,能促使聚合物粒子完全融合成均匀、连续的膜,其外观光洁度优于有机溶媒包衣液的衣膜。This report is concerned with a novel technique -″phase inversion evaporzation method″ for the preparation of ethylcellulose latex. The results showed that this colloidal aqueous dispersions could be used to prepare sustained release formulation. Scanning electron micrographs revealed that the polymer particles had completely coalesced into a homogeneous and continuous film during the course of film formation in aqueous latex system and the surface of such film was even smoother than that produced in organic system.
