“消寒痛”治疗腰痛、四肢关节痛133例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自制外用涂擦剂“消寒痛”治疗腰痛、四肢关节痛的临床疗效，采用随机单盲自身前后对照及与麝香舒活灵作组间对照相结合的方法进行观察，结果显示：治疗组６９例中，临床治愈２２例，显效２５例，有效１９例，无效３例，其总有效率为９５．６５％，总显效率为６８．１２％。对照组６４例中，临床治愈８例，显效２２例，有效２８例，无效６例，总有效率为９０．６３％，总显效率为４６．８８％。两组间综合疗效比较经统计学等级序值法检验，有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示消寒痛治疗组疗效优于麝香舒活灵对照组。同时，两组对四肢关节疼痛、冷痛及皮色、皮温、喜暖等症状和体征均有显著疗效（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗后病人功能障碍程度较治疗前有明显减轻，而治疗组除对上述各症有显著疗效外，还对腰痛、肌肉肿胀等有显著疗效，治疗前后比较有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），且对冷痛及改善患者喜暖症状治疗组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。The random single-blind self-contrasted method and comparing with 'She Xiang Shu Huo Ling' were adopted to observe the clinical effectiveness of 'Xiao Han Tong' in lumbago and arthrodynia of limbs.The result showed that the effectiveness of the 69 patients in the treated group was cure in 22, markedly effective in 25, effective in 19 and ineffective in 3,the general markedly effective rate being 95.65%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the 64 patients in the control group was cure in 8, markedly effective in 22, effective in 28 and ineffective in 6,the general markedly effective rates being 90.63%.There was a statistically difference between them in their effect(P<0.05) and it suggested that the effectiveness of 'Xiao Han Tong' is higher effective than that of 'She Xiang Shu Huo Ling'. The result also showed that the two drugs both have therapeutic effects for arthrodynia of limbs, psychralgia, warm-demanding, etc. signs and symptoms, but the treated group also have therapeutic effects for lumbago, musclar tumefaction and there was a statistically difference between them in their effect(P<0.05).
