摘  要:Objective To investigate the effective mechanism of the treatments with electroacupuncture (EA) at "BǎiHuì" (GV20) and "ShuǐGōu" acupoints for cerebral infarction. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups as normal group (n = 10), sham-operation group (n = 10), model group (n = 10), EA group (n = 10). The acute cerebral infarction model in rats was developed by blocking the middle cerebral artery with an intraluminal thread. The contents of t-PA,PAI-1 ,D-D and Fib were estimated in each group. Results The contents of t-PA, PAI-1, D-D and Fib increased significantly (P〈0.01) in the model group as compared to the normal and sham-operation group. The contents of t-PA, PAI-1, D-D and Fib decreased significantly (P〈0.05-0.01) in the EA group as compared to the normal group. Conclusion The balance function of blood clotting and fibrinolysis were good and the cerebral abnormal blood was improved in EA group.目的:探讨电针百会、水沟治疗脑梗死的作用机理。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型电针组,每组10只。采用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉建立局灶性脑缺血模型,应用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t—PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI—1)及D-二聚体含量,用凝固法测定Fib含量。结果:与正常组及假手术组比较,急性脑梗死大鼠血浆t—PA、PAI—1含量及血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量均显著升高(P〈0.01)。与模型组比较,模型电针组大鼠血浆t—PA、PAI-1含量及血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量均明显降低(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论:电针百会、水沟具有调节机体凝血和纤溶系统功能平衡的作用。
