更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞作用的超微结构研究

摘　　要：采用透射电镜观察了更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。经实验观察，更年平调液组大鼠心肌细胞内肌丝排列规则，明带和暗带明显可见，肌节完整，线粒体结构清晰。更年期对照组心肌细胞内部的肌丝、肌节及明、暗节排列较紊乱，线粒体结构模糊，结果表明，更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞可能起着重要的保护作用。e observed the protective effects of Gengnianpingtiao liquid in climacteric rat on cardiomyocytes by using methods of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results were that the arrangement of myofilaments were regular. Band I and band A were very visible. And the structure of mitochondrio as clear in the Gengnianpingtiao liquid group on cardiomyocytes in rat.But for the arrangement of myofilaments, band I and band A were irregular. Mitochondria was collected partially beneath the sarcomeres. And the structures were relatively disordered in the climacteric control group as for the cardiomyocytes. These results indicate the Gengnianpingtiao liquid protected significantly the effect in climacteric peries on cardiomyocytes in rat. The effect of Gengnianping liquid is more effective than that of diethylstilbestrol and adolescence.
