摘  要:本实验研究的主要目的是探讨安氟醚麻醉剂、速眠新Ⅱ麻醉剂对本地山羊肝、肾功能的影响。以4只广西都安黑山羊(Carpra hircus)为实验动物,以两周时间为间隔期,分别实施安氟醚吸入麻醉和速眠新肌肉注射麻醉。分别于麻醉前、麻醉后30、60、90、120 min以及麻醉苏醒后30 min采集血样,分离血清,并利用MS500e半自动生化分析仪测定血清总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(CRE)的含量。结果表明:(1)两种麻醉方法使山羊的ALT、BUN值都呈现上升趋势,但对AST、DBIL和CRE均无明显的影响;(2)仅速眠新麻醉使TP上升;(3)仅安氟醚麻醉使TBIL上升。结论:(1)两种麻醉方法对山羊肝脏和肾脏功能都有不同程度的损害;(2)安氟醚吸入麻醉对肝功能的影响大于速眠新肌肉内麻醉,但是后者对肾功能的影响大于前者。The main purpose of this experiment is to compare the effects of anesthetic enflurane and sumianxin Ⅱ on the liver and the renal functions of four goats, which come from Du'an, Guangxi. The animals were respectively anaesthetized by means of inhalation of enflurane and intramuscular injection of sumianxin Ⅱ at an interval of two weeks. Blood samples were collected and serum was isolated at 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes and 30 minutes after revival of both kinds of anaesthisa, and serum total albumen (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST), Glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CRE), were also respectively determined. The results showed that: (1) ALT and BUN of both kinds of anesthesia had an ascending trend, but AST, DBIL and CRE hadn't been affected; (2) TP went up only after sumianxin Ⅱ anesthesia; (3) only enflurane anesthesia raised TBIL. In conclusion: (1)to some extent both kinds of anesthesia had damage to goat's liver and renal functions;(2) inhalation of enflurane had stronger effect than intramuscular injection of sumianxin Ⅱ on goat's liver functions, but their role on goat's renal functions were reverse.
