β七叶皂甙钠治疗脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药物β七叶皂甙钠对脑梗死的治疗效果,并量化肌力恢复时间。方法用β七叶皂甙钠治疗脑梗死患者17例,对照观察疗效及肌力恢复时间。结果治疗组疗效与对照组无显著差异,但肌力开始恢复时间明显优于对照组。结论β七叶皂甙钠或能较快改善病残程度,提高生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of β-aescine sodium in cerebral infarction and the time of myosthenic recovery. Methods 17 patients with cerebral infarction treated in β-aescine sodium were compared in the efficacy and the time of myosthenic recovery with control groups. Results The therapeutic effectiveness is no statistical significance in two groups ,but the time of myosthenic recovery in β-aescine sodium groups has better than control groups. Conclusions β-aescine sodium may improve rapidly disability degree.
