摘　　要：当今经济全球化趋势使国内外市场竞争日益激烈,怎样进一步提高国有企业的核心竞争能力,有效应对严峻的挑战,已成为影响我国国民经济持续快速增长的重要课题。我们应当认真研究国有企业的发展战略,开发核心技术,强化内部管理,参与世界市场竞争,努力提高国有企业的核心竞争力。Nowadays,the trend of economic globalization makes the competition very keen in both of domestic and international makers. It also has become an important topic of how to develop China＇s national economy rapidly to face and accept the great challenge effectively and efficiently. For this reason,it is necessary for the the state-owned enrerprises to study development strategy carfully, to develop the core techniques, to strengtl.en the internal management skills, to participate the comeptition in the world market as well as to update the core competitiveness.
