摘　　要：谢觉哉将"躬亲庶务"与"委任责成"这一古老的话题,转换成当时革命队伍中通行的事务主义与官僚主义等通俗易懂的语言,并使其与我党当时进行的领导作风建设紧密结合起来,系统而自觉地对古代政治法律传统作了有价值的反省和发挥,将其与现实贯通起来,这本身就是一个创举;而更难能可贵的是,谢老并不拘囿于自己最初贬低"委任责成"的看法,而是在实践中转而肯定"委任责成"的价值和功能,修正了自己的观点、提升了自己的认识,表现出追求真理的严谨学风和工作作风;谢老是我党注重领导方式问题研究与实践的先行者和实践家。Xie Juezai transferred ancient topics of ＂running routine by one＇s own＂ and ＂asking others to work＂ into modern language fitting the context of time and environment as routinism and bureaucratism, at the same time, he combined the idea closely with the leadership style of that time, so to reflect and develop political and legal tradition systematically with reality. What＇ s more, he changed his view on ＂asking others to work＂ from a negative to a positive one through practice. This shows he had the courage to correct himself and enhance his knowledge in seeking for truth, and this proves him to be a pioneer on leadership.
